PEER REVIEW PROCESS
All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to ensure compliance with the journal’s scope, formal requirements, and ethical standards. The journal uses a double-blind peer-review process. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers assess submissions based on originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ reports. Authors may suggest reviewers; however, all suggestions are subject to conflict-of-interest checks.
PUBLICATION ETHICS AND MALPRACTICE STATEMENT
The journal adheres to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. All parties involved in the publication process (authors, editors, reviewers) are expected to follow ethical principles, including avoiding plagiarism, properly citing sources, ensuring the originality of submitted work, and disclosing conflicts of interest.
Misconduct such as plagiarism, data falsification, duplicate submission, or inappropriate authorship will result in rejection or retraction.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the publication process. Conflicts of interest include financial, institutional, or personal relationships that may affect objectivity. The editorial board will handle such cases transparently.
AUTHORSHIP POLICY
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission. Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.
ARCHIVING AND PRESERVATION POLICY
The journal ensures long-term digital preservation of its content. All published articles are archived in the journal’s online system and preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). This guarantees permanent and secure access to the journal’s content.
SELF-ARCHIVING POLICY
Authors are permitted to deposit the published version of their article in institutional or subject repositories. Proper citation to the original publication must be included. The journal supports the dissemination of research through open repositories (for example: ResearchGate, relevant social media, institutional repository etc.)
CORRECTIONS, RETRACTIONS AND EXPRESSIONS OF CONCERN
The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. Corrections will be issued when errors are identified. Articles may be retracted in cases of serious ethical violations, such as plagiarism or data fabrication. Expressions of concern may be published if necessary.
COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS POLICY
Authors may submit complaints or appeals regarding editorial decisions or the peer review process. All complaints will be handled objectively and transparently by the editorial board. Appeals decisions are final.
